Tip managed our specialty law firm relationship for 10 years, and was our favorite banker. He met with us quarterly to keep us updated on changes at the bank and to highlight new products. Tip acted as the lead bank agent on our eight figure participated line of credit to assist us in building group homes. He organized bank group meetings to keep all banks informed, and to bring in new backs as needed. He was personally involved in approving weekly construction draws to ensure that projects were not delayed. We could not have had a better financial partner for our business, and we always appreciated his calm and positive demeanor regardless of the situation.
